Terms and Conditions

These terms cover the Zageo app and website. Zageo connects buyers with boutiques and independent sellers in Kampala. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You need an email address to sign in. Keep your account to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with it. Sellers should only open a shop they are allowed to run.

Buying

You can add pieces from more than one boutique to one bag. Checkout creates a separate order for each boutique. The seller confirms what is available. You collect the order, or use seller-arranged delivery if that shop offers it, and you pay the seller directly in cash or Mobile Money.

Zageo does not take the payment, hold the money, or issue refunds. A reservation lasts for a limited time. If the seller does not confirm it, or you do not collect it in time, the reservation is released. One seller declining does not cancel the other boutiques in the same bag.

Selling

List only items you can sell. Photos, prices, sizes, and colors should match what the buyer will collect. Confirm an order only when the piece is available, and hand it over when the buyer collects and pays you. You keep the payment. Zageo does not collect it for you.

What you must not do

  • Post items you do not have, or photos that are not of your product.
  • List anything illegal, unsafe, or that you are not allowed to sell.
  • Mislead a buyer about price, size, color, or condition.
  • Use another person’s account, or try to break or scrape the service.

Between buyer and seller

The sale is between the buyer and the seller. Zageo shows the listing and the order status. We do not guarantee a seller’s stock, quality, or timing, and we are not the seller of the clothes.

Removing access

We may remove a listing or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe is harming other people on Zageo.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continuing to use Zageo after an update means you accept the new terms.
